Just as I mentioned that some birthday party themes are easier than others, I find myself making Thomas the Train cookies once again! This is definitely NOT the easiest cookie theme but when you have cute, little nephews like I do, you tend to do whatever it takes to make them happy. Their sweet smiles make all the effort (and late nights decorating!) worth it.
This time around I stepped even further out of the box and attempted to make Thomas AND Percy cookies. My younger nephew LOVES Percy, so how could I not make Percy as well?
Despite the level of difficulty and the fact I ice cookies freehand, I am happy with how these turned out. My nephew LOVED them! And at the end of the day, that is why I do this.
